Helping customers during the extreme weather

The cold and wintery weather that gripped the south west over the past few days has meant that our teams have been in greater demand to fix boilers, mend burst pipes and carry out repairs. We have been out working hard to help customers in their homes, including our most vulnerable customers and those in emergency situations. Where our teams couldn’t get out and about in their vehicles, we have supported people over the telephone and on foot.

We have also been experiencing extremely high call volumes which means it may have taken longer than usual to get through to us on the phone. We are sorry about this. We have extra teams in place to get to our customers as quickly as we can. If your call is urgent, please call us.
