Carolyn first became involved with resident involvement in 2003 and has been a member of many different groups. Carolyn has also obtained Level 3 Chartered Institute of Housing in Resident Scrutiny.
Nicola has been a customer for 8 years and has been an active resident in Liverty groups and the local community for approximately 6 years. Nicola has recently obtained Level 3 Chartered Institute of Housing qualification in Resident Scrutiny.
Ken has been a member of ServiceWatch since the group was formed. As a member of the group Ken visited Tilberg, Holland two years ago to see how a similar housing association to Liverty conducted their business. Ken has also presented a repairs and maintenance review to the main Liverty board.
Mary has been a member of ServiceWatch since April 2012. She feels that being a member ServiceWatch has given her the confidence to observe and challenge performance.
Carol has been a resident representative for 25 years and is the founder member of the Treneere Estate Residents Associations. Carol was a board member of Penwith Housing Association and a trust board member, as well as the founder member and board member of Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change and Penzance Age Concern.
Jess has been actively involved in tenancy related groups for over 10 years, including Resident Associations, Peninsular Tenants Committee and the media group. Jess has been involved in ServiceWatch from the beginning and thoroughly enjoys being part of a cohesive, productive team influencing services for Liverty customers.
Pat has been a customer since 2007 and a member of ServiceWatch since the group was formed. Pat has also been involved with forum groups and resident meetings. As a member of the ServiceWatch Pat is also able to bring the perspective of the many shared owners of Liverty properties.
Sian joined the panel in February 2017 and looks forward to influencing the way we improve our services. Sian has been a DCH customer for over four years and is currently chair of Meadow Flats Residents Association which she helped to set up in 2013.
Cherie joined the panel in February 2017 and since commencing her role in ServiceWatch has loved answering customers questions and has learned a great deal.
